Och då var datumet satt, den 1 mars ska jag alltså hålla mitt första pass. Kul och nervöst!
Jag har ju kört spinning från och till i 15 år så helt ny på området är jag ju inte. 😂

Bara att jag ska få andra att bli lika sålda på det som jag. Men det ska nog gå vägen. Så tänkte jag filma i början av mars så jag snart får min licens och inte behöver tänka mer på att filma och ha mig 👍 Ska bli rolig, har en liten dröm om att också utbilda mig inom någon form av styrketräning så jag kan hålla i kombopass, men det får vänta, kanske till nästa år så jag blir varm i kläderna först, och just nu är det så mycket löpning inplanerat så tiden räcker inte riktigt till med all träning, man och två små barn.

Jag kommer alltså hålla i sprint 30minuter på måndagkvällar, tror tiden kommer vara 17.30. och fredag morgon klockan 06.30. på Fitness24Seven i centrum här i Jönköping. Hoppas du vill komma!!
